Important: We provide non-emergency medical transportation only. We are not an ambulance service and do not provide emergency medical care. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to patients who are:

• Medically stable and cleared for non-emergency transport
• Traveling a minimum distance of 200 miles
• Accompanied by appropriate medical documentation when required

3. Booking and Cancellation

We recommend booking at least 5-7 days in advance. Same-day and next-day bookings may be available based on vehicle and staff availability.

Cancellation policies apply to confirmed bookings. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your transport to discuss available options.

4. Payment Terms

Payment arrangements must be confirmed prior to transport. We accept various forms of payment and can work with families to establish payment plans when needed. Final pricing is based on distance, patient needs, and required equipment.

5. Patient Requirements

The patient or their authorized representative must:

• Provide accurate medical information relevant to the transport
• Ensure the patient is medically stable for the journey
• Provide necessary medications and medical supplies
• Arrange for receiving care at the destination
• Have an authorized contact available throughout the transport

6. Our Responsibilities

Eastern Royal Medical Transport commits to:

• Providing trained, professional transport staff
• Maintaining clean, well-equipped vehicles
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the journey
• Communicating with families during transport
• Coordinating with sending and receiving facilities

7. Limitation of Liability

Eastern Royal Medical Transport provides non-emergency transportation services. We are not liable for medical conditions that may arise during transport that are beyond the scope of non-emergency care. In case of a medical emergency during transport, our staff will contact emergency services immediately.
